We Read Your By-Laws So Your Meeting Actually Has Quorum

Most vendors run the meeting. Few help boards make the meeting happen. Reaching quorum is often the hardest part of the year, and the answer is usually already inside the rules a building has adopted.

We review your governing documents and design the attendance strategy around what they allow: proxy collection windows, electronic participation provisions, and adjournment-and-reconvene mechanics. The result is a meeting that meets quorum legitimately, not one that scrambles for it.

We started this work in 2020, when co-ops and condos suddenly needed a way to hold annual meetings remotely and found that off-the-shelf tools were not built for shareholder votes or condo elections.

We combine deep roots in the NYC co-op community with a background in software and website development. That combination is what allows us to run meetings that are both procedurally correct and technically clean.
